However, his career took a turn for the better at Nice.
At Nice, Todibo managed to revive his career and even earned his debut with the French senior national team. In an interview with 'Telefoot,' the French center-back reflected on his journey, saying, "Because I didn't play for Barcelona, people said I had failed. I learned from my failure, and I prefer my story to be like that, not all rosy."
Todibo also spoke about his experience at Nice and how it has benefited him: "I felt confident and loved. Everything was clear about the fact that I could finally express myself and play my football." He added that he maintains regular conversations with Lilian Thuram, a former footballer he deeply respects, especially because Thuram played in a similar position.
