Veterans like Gerard Piqué and Sergio Busquets continue to be starters despite their average form. 

Ronald Koeman explains that they are also responsible for the personality of the team and the development of the young people.

 "There are leaders, there are captains like Piqué, Sergi Roberto, Busquets and Messi. There is a lot of personality.
