Does Ferran and Felix have a future at Barcelona?

With the summer transfer window approaching, Barcelona must make some important decisions regarding the club's market policy.

There is no doubt that Barça will try to part ways with some of their first-team stars and streamline their squad, but the club is proceeding cautiously and with caution.

Hansi Flick has not yet made any rash decisions and will probably carefully evaluate his squad. To this end, Mundo Deportivo reports that Barcelona have revealed two attackers whose versatility could help the team next season.

Ferran Torres: Star of the dressing room

Ferran Torres tops the list of "versatile players" who could have a future at Barcelona next season.

The striker was linked with a move away from the Camp Nou this summer, but Barça appear to have reassessed his situation. The club believes he can still help the team next season with his versatility. In fact, Ferran is a winger who can also operate as a number nine. This means that the Spaniard could be a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

Furthermore, Ferran is considered a star in the dressing room thanks to the atmosphere he exudes. Barcelona also value his mentality. It would therefore not be surprising if the former Manchester City star stays at the Camp Nou next season.

Joao Felix: a spark of creativity in attack

Another profile that Barcelona are closely considering is Joao Felix. The club believes that the Portuguese international has the potential to shine under manager Hansi Flick, especially thanks to the 4-2-3-1 system he employs.

In addition to being a winger, Felix can also act just behind the main striker. Barça are convinced that Felix can thrive in this role.

Perhaps that is why the Catalans are stepping up their efforts to keep Felix for at least another year, although negotiations with Atletico Madrid could be difficult.
